The Base

The lamination base in particular carbon provides for the manual construction details, usually starting from a model the outside on which the workpiece is progressively constructed by laminating layers of fiber alternated with layers of epoxy resin and other components (Added).

Compaction / Cooking

A notable feature is the high resistance to pressure. The force is obtained by removing the air bubbles using vacuum bags and cooking in special autoclaves.

Finishing

After the cooking process, when the polymerization of the resin is completed, the parts are removed from the molds and goes in the finishing department..

Productivity

Productivity is limited by the resin curing times and usually is around 2 pieces per day for each mold. For particular needs we can use also thermostat presses .
