By means of the most advanced technology in the processing of sheet metal, we realize chassis of different dimensions of high precision. Sheet metal is drilled, threaded, cut in hot machines such as laser, plasma, oxygen cutting, where thanks to numerical controls, the whole process becomes possible. These sheet metal shapes are returned to the 500 and 200 ton presses with corners and shapes according to the project. After the pre-prepared parts are completed, the next process that follows is the assembly of the components on calibrated benches by our professional assemblers. The element formed in this case, the chassis, is welded with new generation techniques and technology, from welding machines and pulse welding machines. We have the knowledge and technology to process sheets from 0.5mm to 70mm.
